These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Alpha Games 2026, operated by Alpha Fit Club (“Alpha Fit,” “we,” “us”), through our website and mobile apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or registering, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and an active Alpha Fit Club member at the time of the event to register and compete. By registering, you confirm you are able to safely participate in a physical fitness competition.
Registration and teams
Alpha Games is a 2-person team competition. The team captain registers the team, names and invites a partner, and pays for both entries. Your partner confirms their own details and signs their own waiver to complete the team. You may register for more than one team if you are competing in multiple divisions. Entries are personal to the registered competitors.
Transfers
If you can no longer compete, you may transfer your entry to another eligible Alpha Fit Club member through September 19, 2026. Contact us and we’ll help facilitate the transfer; any payment between you and the incoming competitor is arranged between yourselves and may not exceed the original entry fee. Entries may not be transferred after September 19, 2026, and may not be resold for profit at any time.
Payment and pricing
Entry fees are shown at checkout and charged through Stripe. Alpha Fit Club is the merchant of record. Prices may vary by registration window; the price shown at the time you reserve your team applies to that registration.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Event changes and cancellation
We may adjust the event as needed to run it safely and well — including the workout, movement standards, heat assignments and schedule, division structure, and venue layout. Heat times are published in the app approximately two weeks before the event and are not subject to individual requests. If the event is postponed, your registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date (with transfer rights if you can’t attend). If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, your entry fee will be issued as a credit toward a future Alpha Fit Club event.
Assumption of risk and waiver
Participation in a fitness competition involves inherent risks. As part of registration you will be asked to review and sign an event waiver and release of liability. That signed waiver, together with these Terms, governs your participation. Do not participate if you are not medically cleared to do so.
Code of conduct
You agree to follow event rules, venue policies, and the instructions of event staff, and to treat other competitors, staff, and spectators with respect. We may remove or disqualify participants for unsafe conduct, cheating, or harassment.
Scoring and results
Scoring, movement standards, penalties, and placement decisions made by event staff and judges are final.
Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Fit Club and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in the event, beyond the amount you paid to register.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the event and Service evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
