Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re finalizing the details of Alpha Games 2026. This policy may be updated before registration opens; the version posted here always governs. Questions: support@alphafitclub.com.

This policy explains how refunds work for Alpha Games 2026 entries. It applies to purchases made through our website and mobile apps and supplements our Terms of Service.

Entry fees

Because event capacity is limited and entries are seeded into competition heats, entry fees are non-refundable. If you can no longer compete, you may transfer your entry to another eligible Alpha Fit Club member through September 19, 2026 — contact us and we’ll help facilitate the transfer. See our Terms of Service for full transfer rules.

Merchandise

No optional merchandise is sold at checkout. Your entry includes a performance-grade finisher tee (sizing first come, first serve) and finisher medal. Official Alpha Games merchandise is available for purchase on-site at the event. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded — email us with your order details.

Team changes

If your partner can no longer participate, the team captain may transfer that entry to another eligible member through September 19, 2026. Transfers are not available after that date, when heat times are published.

Event cancellation

If the event is postponed, your registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date, with transfer rights if you can’t attend. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, your entry fee will be issued as a credit toward a future Alpha Fit Club event. See our Terms of Service for details.
