Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re finalizing the details of Alpha Games 2026. This policy may be updated before registration opens; the version posted here always governs. Questions: support@alphafitclub.com.

This policy explains how refunds work for Alpha Games 2026 entries and add-ons. It applies to purchases made through our website and mobile apps and supplements our Terms of Service.

Entry fees

Because event capacity is limited and entries are seeded into competition heats, entry fees are generally non-refundable once a team is registered. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible at support@alphafitclub.com and we’ll review your request; the final refund window and any processing terms will be confirmed here before registration opens.

Merchandise add-ons

Optional merchandise purchased at checkout (beyond the finisher tee included with your entry) may be cancelled for a refund up until items are produced or distributed. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Team changes

If a partner cannot participate, the team captain may be able to invite a replacement before the event, subject to availability and event rules. Reach out and we’ll help where we can.

How to request a refund

Email support@alphafitclub.com from the address on your account, with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Event cancellation

If Alpha Fit Club cancels the event, we will communicate refund or rescheduling options to registered participants by email.
