This Privacy Policy describes how Alpha Fit Club (“Alpha Fit,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you register for and participate in Alpha Games 2026 through our website and mobile apps (the “Service”).

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and home studio, used to create and secure your account (we sign you in with a one-time email link).
Registration information — your self-reported fitness tier, optional emergency contact, team name, finisher-tee size, and your signed event waiver. When you register as a team captain, you also provide your partner’s name, home studio, and email so we can invite them; your partner provides their own details when they accept.
Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers; we receive only a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits) needed to manage your order.
Technical information — basic device and diagnostic data (for example, app version and crash reports) used to keep the Service reliable.

How we use your information

To register you and your team, process payment, and manage your entry.
To send transactional emails — sign-in links, partner invites, confirmations, and event updates.
To send event communications through the app, including push notifications with heat times, schedule changes, and event announcements. You can disable push notifications in your device settings; promotional emails include an unsubscribe link.
To seed competition heats and run the event safely (including emergency contact, if provided).
To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website — for example, which pages are visited, which links are clicked, and which questions are opened. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and collects technical information such as your browser, approximate location (derived from your IP address), and the pages you view. This tells us how the site is performing in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

You can opt out at any time by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to browse the site or register for the event.

Public information

Alpha Games is a competition, and results are part of the event. When you register, your name, team name, home studio, division, and fitness level may appear on event leaderboards in the app and at the venue, along with your results (such as finishing time and placement). Results may remain available after the event.

Photos and video

The event is professionally photographed and filmed. Your finisher photos are delivered to you after the race, and event photos and footage — which may include you — may be used in Alpha Fit Club marketing and communications, as covered in your signed event waiver.

Sharing with your home studio

We may share your registration details (such as your name, team, and registration status) with your home studio to support event coordination and member communication.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors who help us operate the Service, under contract:

Stripe — payment processing.
Postmark — transactional email delivery.
Sentry — error and crash diagnostics.
Google Analytics — website usage analytics (see above).
Amazon Web Services — application hosting and data storage (US region).
Firebase — delivery of app push notifications.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information and your rights

You can access and update your information at any time in the app’s settings, or by contacting us. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to administer the event and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings; we anonymize your personal profile while retaining records required for a completed registration (for example, order and team records, and the per-event participant details needed to run the event safely). To request access, correction, or deletion by email, contact support@alphafitclub.com.

Children

The Service is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account and register for Alpha Games. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the event and Service evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
